Year 3

This blog will serve as an online "writer's notebook" for recording my thoughts, observations, successes, failures, and whinings of my third year as principal of a large urban elementary school. Year 3 is going to be very challenging (less money, less resources, less support, less fun = more headaches). Is it year 4 yet?
