For me it has been a sad, crazy, busy, exciting, stressful, and overwhelming first four weeks of school. I'm trying to keep my head above the water. I'm wondering what it's been like for my teacher co-workers. How has your year been going? I know it's been very very difficult for a few of you...thanks for hanging in there. I've been reflecting on what's been happening (discipline, budget, staffing issues) and trying to figure out if there's something more I can do to make things better for myself and my co-workers...but I'm not sure...what do you think? Be nice...leave mean comments at edsucks.blogspot.com (sike, there's no such blog - I think).

You do enough!!!! Do not stress about our work load, we'll manage especially if we have such a supportive and caring principal such as yourself. We appreciate you and all that you do for us and for the students. You are an inspiration to many of us. Thank you for creating such a positive work environment. You are an awesome principal and we are very lucky to have you!!!!!!!

Teacher sounds like a very smart person! It sounds from your blogs that you work day in and day out or as some people say 24/7. Do you ever take a day off? You should you know. I'm sure there is life outside of school.

Maybe this principal could get some r & r if certain people on his staff would stop assuming he will be working on the weekends.
