Hi, my name is ed (e for short) and I'm a grump. They (not sure who they is...I guess smart people) say the first step of recovery is realizing you have a problem. First step taken. So to begin my trip down the road to recovery, I decided to not exercise tonight, but instead watch the election coverage **reveals a huge toothy smile** and eat sugar free oatmeal cookies (six of them, ok maybe eight). I think my problem is that I'm not getting enough carbs...especially the carbs that come packaged as oatmeal cookies and muffins.

Stop saying you are a grump!!! You just do a lot and maybe you need to take a chill pill and try very hard not to do as much as you do!!! Relax and have a cookie or two or more!!!!!
No, you are a grump! But you are a loveable grump! I agree with teacher and take a chill pill and relax. If work is making you grumpy, try not to take it so seriously. When was the last time you didn't go to school? Have you taken a mental health day lately? Maybe you should. If that's impossible then eat a cookie or better yet, a box of cookies and enjoy every single bite.
Grumps are alright...as long as they still have a sense of humor!
